Project Management Training
Systematic project group management is the management tool with which strategies can be developed and also implemented. This can also be used to (re)activate the motivation and performance potential of employees.
The training will focus on the following questions:
■ How can I reformulate complex or uncertain situations into clear problem definitions?
■ Do I know how to distinguish between strategic necessity and personal plausibility criteria and interests when solving the problem?
■ Do I know how to integrate the management of the project group and the solution of the problem into a step-by-step approach? Do I know how to establish acceptance and control as well as agility?
