Observer Training

Professional observation is an indispensable core competence for every manager.
Observations are not evaluations or interpretations. They are used to professionally assess situations, people and their behavior as well as organizations and their units. They are used in organizational diagnostics, personnel assessment, personnel selection, such as in the Assessment Center (AC) and many other situations. For qualified observation, the necessary empirical basis for diagnostics is a prerequisite for competent analysis and assessment.

These observations must be recorded as completely, correctly and comprehensibly as possible and used to make decisions by comparing them with the observations of others. The goal and content of this observer training is to be able to perform this task competently and responsibly.
