Establishment of MI Quality Management
To ensure the application of MI in the long term, we support the implementation of a quality management system. Following the training sessions, quality circles are set up. In these, users can regularly review the MI they conduct with clients with their colleagues – initially supervised by us – and continuously improve their consultant behavior. Supervision by us initially takes place more frequently, and then transitions to longer intervals over the long term. The aim of this procedure is to ensure that supervision is also carried out by qualified and competent employees of the respective organization. An essential component of quality management is our supervisor education. Supervisors trained by us and our quality management ensures sustainable quality in the application of MI, increases the retention rate for good employees and the success rate in the counseling sessions.
