Moderation Training (winning, group, results)
Successfully developing situation analyses, goal setting and problem solutions in working groups is primarily a question of leadership. Skilled moderation improves the working effectiveness of the working group and takes into account the acceptance of the results.
In this training the different techniques of moderation are taught and applied. The role of the moderator in distinction to other roles will be addressed. Moderation will be mainly practiced, discussed etc. on situations from everyday work.
