Fundamentals of Leadership Training
The basic leadership training serves as an initial orientation for all managers. It gives managers a solid base for good leadership and also a foundation to participate in further leadership development programs. The training focuses on the interplay between the participants’ own leadership behavior and the use of leadership tools.
In the process, essential theoretical aspects of leadership are also introduced, which on the one hand provide the background for the leadership tools and on the other hand complement them in their application.
In the center of the training are the participants’ own cases. The cases are built from their own challenges, biggest problems and/or critical situations.
