We talk to and exchange ideas with employees, supervisors, customers and colleagues on a daily basis. We do this both in our core business and in innovative formats. The way in which we conduct discussions is one of the decisive factors for good cooperation. In addition, our own role and location in relation to the cooperation partners involved are important for good cooperation. The conscious perception and expansion of one’s own communicative and cooperative possibilities are the focus of the training.
