Appraiser Training
The personnel appraisal is one of the central management tools. Here, employees receive a performance assessment from their supervisor. The content and goal of this training is to inform supervisors about the perceptual-psychological basics of personnel appraisal and to enable them to draw personal consequences for their own appraisal behavior.
The participants will learn in detail the implementation regulations for the handling of the personnel appraisal forms of the respective company and will be able to implement these in the personnel appraisal.
