Agile Project Management

Agile working requires clear project assignments and is then primarily a question of project management. In the project training, you learned how important it is to strike the right balance between using traditional planning methods and agile working. As a project manager, you are faced with the challenge of working here not either or but both. The balancing act between agile management and classic project management in the leadership of project groups must not be experienced as a contradiction by the project group members.

In the training, you will learn to promote agility through self-direction, empowerment and self-responsibility as well as intrinsic motivation and to allow creative processes. You will learn to categorize projects with the help of our diagnostic tools and to appropriately assign the respective degree of agility to them. You will also learn to formulate project assignments and to check existing project assignments for plausibility and hidden conflicts. You will learn how to best assemble project group members and how to work agilely with already existing groups.
