Hans Jürgen Dörrich
Hans-Jürgen Dörrich is responsible in the portfolio of ABAEUS GmbH for a holistic personality development of executives in civil society organizations, their qualification in the global context as well as the cooperation of companies with civil society organizations and their structural positioning in the international field.
After studying humanities (philosophy and theology, diploma and licentiate – university teaching qualification), Hans-Jürgen Dörrich dedicated himself to building up a development cooperation organization with a partner network in 132 countries today. As managing director of Don Bosco Mondo, founding president of international networks and founding managing director of numerous foundations in Germany, he is an expert in strategy development and the operationalization of goals in various organizational forms. Due to his international cooperation with well-known companies in the field of vocational training and private training institutions, colleges and universities worldwide, he is a competent consultant for international cooperation as well as the cooperation of different partners. His special talent is the creation of real win-win situations with positive effects also on branding and employee attractiveness of companies as well as their market entry in emerging and developing countries. He complemented his expertise and lifelong professional activity in the field of leadership development and consulting in 2021 by graduating as a certified systemic coach and change manager from the INEKO Institute at the University of Cologne.
