Time Management
In this training we approach the questions:
“How do you simultaneously achieve very good work results while developing a positive basic attitude toward yourself, your company, and the people you deal with?” How can your conscious use of time bring you closer to this goal.
In the training you will develop a solid theoretical basis on the subject of time. You will better understand the different forms of time and be able to deal with it appropriately. Against this background, time management means actively planning your own work instead of letting others plan it for you. By linking time management to your daily tasks, you will learn to systematize your current way of working more effectively and to complete your current set of tasks with a reduced amount of time. You will also discover how individual “Perfect Goals” hinder success and how to reformulate them for your success.
